We just had lunch here based upon the 5 star rating on Yelp. It was a very delightful place and the food was excellent, the portions, huge. I had the Oriental Chicken Salad. It was probably the biggest salad I've ever been served. The chicken was so tender you could cut it with a fork. My husband had the Philly Cheese Steak with fries. Again, huge portions. He was very pleased with his meal as well. We will definitely return.

The food is good but if you don't know the owners (like many people do) then you don't get very good service because they are too busy talking or helping those they know. It took 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order, and every time our server came to our table they seemed to not really care.

Ate at Mikki's today for lunch. The beach salad was gigantic and came out on a platter. It was enough for 3 people, so it will be dinner too. My husband got the corned beef hash with fried eggs. Food was really good and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. Everyone in the place ends up talking to everyone else because the place is small and feels like you are eating at your grandmother's house. They serve breakfast all day, so stop in and give them a try!

Excellent breakfast! We had Eggs Benedict, eggs perfectly cooked and Hollandaise sauce very good. Grits also excellent.

As always, Mikki's is amazing. Great, home-cooked food in a quaint, one-room school house. If you eat here you won't leave hungry, the servings are typically large enough to share or bring home for delicious leftovers. The weekends are busy, but it's definitely worth it.
